**Cognizant Netcentric** — *2023 – Present*

- Primary author and maintainer of an internal marketplace of AI tools for backend engineers. Also design and run the training sessions that get teams across the backend org using it.
- Only senior developer on a large AEM platform, covering the PIM integration, product and parts filtering, a Jackrabbit Oak search index migration, dispatcher and release work, and localization.
- Fixed content activation workflow bugs and thread-safety issues in resource resolver handling in the platform-core library shared by a group of brand sites. Also refactored its dispatcher cache and HTTP client code.
- Wrote a JUnit 5 module that validates Oak Lucene index definitions. Designed and built Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) services and serverless APIs from scratch.

### Technical Co-Founder

**Hyggs** — *2021 – 2023*

- Made all the technical decisions for a services marketplace connecting clients and suppliers, and took it from prototype to production (C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Azure, GCP).
- Built the main request-management app, including onboarding, editing and address management, along with the back-office admin tools and an operations dashboard.
- Built the KYC and compliance intake, which checked structured submissions against the onboarding requirements.
- Hired and led an outsourced team of nine engineers who rebuilt the platform in PHP, with Stripe, Firebase and GCP.

### AEM Platform Engineer

**Global consumer goods brand platforms** — *2018 – 2021*

- Built and maintained shared AEM components and pattern libraries used by more than a dozen brand and market sites (Java, JCR, Apache Sling, OSGi).
- Worked for about a year on cart, checkout and promotion components for two direct-to-consumer online shops.
- Fixed authentication and webhook logging bugs in a CRM platform's third-party identity integration.
- Looked after the AEM server environments for several brands: dependency versions, memory tuning, ACS Commons.
