# Paulo Chang

Senior backend engineer in Berlin

I've spent more than ten years building backends for big brands, mostly with Adobe Experience Manager and Java. Lately a lot of my time goes into helping other developers get real use out of AI tools.

I'm looking for a leadership role where that's the main job.
